Subject	Refreshing the rear diff?

Message	I'd imagine that for many of us our old tired factory differentials are just not quite up to snuff anymore. What's the best way to go to renew them? Is there an OEM refresh kit to buy or is it just better to replace them? Maybe upgrade with a quaife or torsen? What have you guys done?
